Delivery Schedule

Delivery is free within Hong Kong, and Kowloon on orders over HK$ 800, Delivery per order is available to a single location only and within 3 working days upon payment. For Sai Kung, Tung Chung and New Territories, an additional charge of HK$ 100 is applied and there is no delivery service to outlying islands, Ma Wan and Discovery Bay.

Receipt of Delivery

Should the delivery address be unattended, additional charges will apply to re-schedule the delivery. If a delivery is requested to be left with building security or outside the door, Golden Times cannot be held responsible for any loss that may occur. If delivery is unsuccessful due to incomplete or incorrect delivery information, the delivery cost will be deducted from any returns.

Collect From Our Office

You are also welcome to collect your order from our office for FREE - this can be useful to avoid the delivery charge on smaller orders. To do this, simply check out as usual, and select "Collect it from our office" as the delivery option. We'll send you an email a couple of days later when it's ready to collect. You can then collect it between 10am and 6pm, Monday to Friday from:
