此酒經過兩次的發酵,首次先篩選良好的果實酒精發酵之後,再加入一定比例輕微風乾過同品種的葡萄,於18~20度的低溫進行第二次發酵,時間12~15天,直到過程完成再進行乳酸發酵。 這特別的二次發酵使整體酒款更為飽滿,單寧優雅柔順,更能帶出此酒不同的芬芳香氣。釀成的酒款,酒色淡紅,花香撲鼻,果味與單寧之間的平衡度相當勻稱,有著典型義大利酒的微酸餘韻,是款義大利頗受歡迎的餐酒。

It is a Masi speciality obtained through the double fermentation technique: the best red wine from Verona's native grapes, vinified fresh, is then re-fermented with a small percentage of the same half-dried grapes. It excellently encompasses the values of the Verona lands: the excellence of the area, the personality of the native grapes and the originality of Masi's drying and double fermentation techniques. The wine combines simplicity, strength, richness, roundness, and velvety features suitable for medium/long ageing. Campofiorin is a registered trademark of Masi.
