Campofiorin 的意思為種滿花的葡萄園，使用瑪西酒廠獨特且創新的二次發酵技術，映入眼簾的 Campofiorin 有著新鮮的紅寶石色澤，鼻息中佈滿成熟的櫻桃和李子的香氣，口感如絲絨般滑順，味蕾被新鮮及誘人的水果風味包覆著，可以感受到充滿結構卻溫柔的單寧，活潑的酸度，並帶有一絲櫻桃香氣讓這款 Campofiorin 成為極佳的搭餐酒款。2018《大紅蝦》（Gambero Rosso）所授予的"年度最佳酒莊"稱號, 2017 Wine & Spirits雜誌提名為年度國際百大優良酒廠的評價，更獲得年度百大中的第8名。

此酒經過兩次的發酵，首次先篩選良好的果實酒精發酵之後，再加入一定比例輕微風乾過同品種的葡萄，於18～20度的低溫進行第二次發酵，時間12～15天，直到過程完成再進行乳酸發酵。 這特別的二次發酵使整體酒款更為飽滿，單寧優雅柔順，更能帶出此酒不同的芬芳香氣。釀成的酒款，酒色淡紅，花香撲鼻，果味與單寧之間的平衡度相當勻稱，有著典型義大利酒的微酸餘韻，是款義大利頗受歡迎的餐酒。

It is a Masi speciality obtained through the double fermentation technique: the best red wine from Verona's native grapes, vinified fresh, is then re-fermented with a small percentage of the same half-dried grapes. It excellently encompasses the values of the Verona lands: the excellence of the area, the personality of the native grapes and the originality of Masi's drying and double fermentation techniques. The wine combines simplicity, strength, richness, roundness, and velvety features suitable for medium/long ageing. Campofiorin is a registered trademark of Masi.
