Bollinger Special Cuvee Brut NV Champagne

A majority of reserve wines, part of which have been aged in magnums of 5 to 15 years. 60% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay and 15% Meunier from over 85% Grands and Premiers Cru bring together this deep yet subtle expression from the house of Bollinger. Dosage of 8-9g/L brings overall harmony and balance to this champagne.

Golden colour and with fine bubbles, Bollinger Special Cuvee Brut comes with a beautiful aromatic complexity with an array of ripe fruit like roasted apples, apple compote, peaches and lovely spices. On the palate, it combines structure, length and vivacity. Velvety bubbles, pear, brioche and spicy aromas and notes of fresh walnut on the finish.
