Manzanilla雪莉酒桶釀造時全程覆蓋厚實之酒花亦是造就雪莉酒系列中甜感最淡薄者，其產地位於西班牙偏臨海港口的桑盧卡爾(Sanlúcar)，風味蘊含海洋自然的微柔鹹味和礦物感，結合噶瑪蘭酒廠獨特的多層次果香味，整體口感輕盈順口、香氣豐富清新。

金車集團創辦人李添財董事長源自嚮往一座百年酒廠的起點，夢想一個威士忌的新故鄉噶瑪蘭巡訪踏遍蘇格蘭與日本知名的威士忌酒廠，以信念完成挑戰，用毅力克服萬難終而創建台灣唯一自行磨碎、糖化、發酵、蒸餾、熟成、調配的威士忌酒廠
於是噶瑪蘭酒廠誕生於台灣這座美麗之島，在山海交融的蘭陽平原擁百年雪山的純淨水源將甘美柔順之水、幻化成為威士忌的動人靈魂迎面太平洋的海風和水氣，亞熱帶氣候的交替更迭伴隨橡木桶緩慢呼吸山海獨特的芬芳天地的自然精華，孕育出風味無可比擬、令世界著迷的噶瑪蘭威士忌

Flavour
Full of the aroma of clear honeydew melon. A complex and multi-layered fruity flavour along with toffee and cocoa. The finish is cider, coastal, and lightly salty.
Palate
Balanced body. Slightly salty, intense, plenty of sweetness with vanilla flavour. Orange, melon, mint are conspicuous with fresh fruit complexity.
Manzanilla is a delicate sherry produced by the Spanish sea port of Sanlúcar de Barrameda, where the climatic conditions are suitable for the growing of flor. Ageing Kavalan's new-make spirit brings a touch of saltiness with mineral flavours, honeydew melon, and caramel with a smooth and aromatic finish.

Kavalan Distillery has been pioneering the art of single malt whisky in Yilan County, Taiwan since 2005. Kavalan sources the mineral-rich meltwaters of Snow Mountain and is aged in a unique combination of intense heat and humidity together with sea and mountain breezes. All this combines to create the quality, smoothness, and fruity character for which Kavalan is known.
Kavalan takes Yilan County's old name. A land of blessings, it was here that entrepreneur Mr. Tien-Tsai Lee dreamed of a new whisky homeland and a ‘century-old’ distillery to last generations.d and Japan. He knew to compete, Taiwan must be world-class, and this tested every sinew of his resolve.
